PSDQ7A Manual Transfer Switch
GENERAL
PSDQ7A series manual transfer switch can realize manual transfer between common power (I) and standby power (II). The switch have common power ON, standby power OFF; common power OFF, standby power ON; common power OFF, standby power OFF three steady working states. The switch has the characteristics of small volume, beautiful appearance, reliable conversion, convenient installation and maintenance, and long service life.
This switch is applicable to the emergency power supply system with 50/60Hz, rated voltage of 400V and rated current below 125A. It is widely used in various occasions where power failure cannot be sustained. (Main and standby power supply can be a grid, or starting generator, battery, main and standby power supply is defined by the users).
The products are in conformity with standards of GB/T14048.11-2016“ Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment Part No.6: Multi -functional electric apparatus No.1: automatic transfer switching device”.

Normal Working Conditions
◆ The air temperature is -5℃～+40℃, the average value within 24 hours should not be over 35℃.
◆ The relative humidity should not exceed 50% at max temperature +40℃, the higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperature, for instance, 90% at +20℃, but the condensation will be produced due to temperature change, which should be considered.
◆ The altitude of mounting place should not exceed 2000m.
◆ Classification: IV; Inclination is not more than ±23°.
◆ Pollution grade: 3

Maintenance and Precautions
◆ This product can work reliably under 85% - 110% rated working voltage.
◆ During maintenance or overhaul, ensure that the product is not electrified.
◆ After maintenance or overhaul, please check the integrity of the switch before installation. Check the flexibility of the transmission and detect the generation and disconnection conditions of the load at each stage of the normal and standby power supply.
◆ Maintenance and inspection shall be carried out by professional personnel, and all power supplies shall be cut off in advance.
◆ Before use, check whether the contact parts of all electrical appliances are reliable and tight, and whether the fuses are in good condition.
◆ According to the requirements of power distribution system installation, please provide appropriate circuit breakers to ensure the safety of staff and equipment.
◆ The switch shall be stored in an environment equivalent to the normal working environment, with dust, moisture and collision prevention measures.
◆ During the use of the product, the general inspection shall be carried out regularly (for example, every three months). The power supply shall be switched once to check whether the product operates normally.
